We understand the unique needs and concerns of independent schools, and provide education-based solutions that address the resistance to security measures that can arise in independent schools, where a sense of community and openness is a priority. Our consultants have the experience and expertise to implement solutions that balance safety with the preservation of the student experience and school culture.
Through training, coaching, assessments and communication, we approach the work of violence prevention and crisis response schools in terms of “building capacity” and adding “tools to the toolbox” rather than focusing on active shooter response or other specific threats.
